Harry’s is a spacious, airy, and light coastal home suitable for (multiple) families. Space for all. Two living areas, salt-water pool in tropical yard setting, delightful covered outdoor deck with Everdure BBQ. Large kitchen with new ceramic hot plate, large fridge, and all appliances for a comfortable stay. Nespresso coffee machine. Aircon in lounge room. 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive to Harry’s Lookout and Shelly Beach, Sea Acres Rainforest Reserve, local corner shop and cafes. Port Macquarie CBD approximately 7 minutes drive. Free WIFI, smart TVs. Pets on request, pre-approval required.

LAY-OUT
Upstairs comprises the living areas, kitchen, dining, outdoor deck overlooking the pool, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite for master bedroom). Downstairs features a large rumpus room which we call ‘fourth bedroom’, it has a laundry with washing machine and dryer and 3rd bathroom with toilet and shower, older style hence we count as half a bathroom.
Functional family house where kids can play and roam free, and parents can relax too.
Games and books are provided.

Linen is provided, Your beds are made, no need to do chores upon arrival, all you need to do is rock up and enjoy yourselves, please bring your own beach towels.

PARKING
Driveway parking and free street parking. Double lock up garage is in use a childrens play area with ping pong table, as garage access is too low for most cars and driveway is steep.

Pet friendly on request, pre-approval from property manager required. We prefer outdoor and non-shedding small/medium size dogs. As a courtesy to the property owner kindly inform us about the type of breed. Please keep pets of lounge and beds.

OTHER
We cater to families and couples. Property not suitable for young adult groups, schoolies, uni-groups, large adult groups, hens or bucks crowds to keep our neighbours happy as property is located in a quiet street. Young adults are considered 17-27 years of age. We have other properties that might be suitable, just chat to us about your needs.

Base price is set for 8 guests. Sleeps 11 guests maximum.

GETTING THERE
From Sydney/South: take the M1 towards Taree and Brisbane. Drive til the Port Macquarie exit, or for a more scenic route take the Kew exit and start following coastal route 10 towards Laurieton and Port Macquarie. At Laurieton go left and follow North Haven, Bonny Hills, Lake Cathie, Port Macquarie. In Port Macquarie follow the 'coastal route / town & beaches" route via Pacific Drive. You are getting really close. Turn left into Shelly Beach road (just before the local corner shop), then take 2nd right into Calwall Crescent, then 2nd left is Amaroo Parade, the house is on your right hand side after 100 meters.

TIP
You pass a big Woolworths supermarket on your left at Lakewood once you get off the highway if you like to stock up on supplies while driving in. Otherwise Coles supermarket is approx. 5min drive from the house and local stores about 3min drive. Meat can be pre-ordered from Wiggly Tail butchers.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

• Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
• Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

• COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
