Town Beach Haven has a spacious layout, with modern kitchen and updated bathrooms, all bedrooms have built-in robes, master and second bedroom have their own balconies. The balcony off the master bedroom also has ocean views.

Lift gets you to the apartment entrance on level 2, the apartment is all one level, or take the fire stairs.

Port Macquarie is all about the outdoor lifestyle, gourmet fresh locally produced food and relaxation. Life is good here, locals say hello, the friendly community shares the beauty of this area with you. You will find unspoiled beaches, walking trails with amazing wild flowers in season, migrating whales that you can spot at Tacking Point Lighthouse from May to November each year. Surfing, fishing, mountain biking, wine tasting, koalas, 4WD, you name it, we got it. Welcome, do not hesitate to book, you cannot go wrong here.

Quite time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

YOUR HOLIDAY RENTAL APARTMENT IN PORT MACQUARIE, NSW 2444 (MID-NORTH COAST) - 5/10 William Street
From Sydney/South: take the M1 towards Taree and Brisbane, see option 1 or 2 below.
From Brisbane/North: see option 2 below.

OPTION 1 Take the Kew exit. When taking the Kew exit Follow coastal route 10 towards Laurieton and Port Macquarie. At Laurieton go left and follow North Haven, Bonny Hills, Lake Cathie, Port Macquarie. In Port Macquarie follow the 'coastal route / town & beaches" route via Pacific Drive. You pass Shelly Beach, Nobby's Beach, Flynns Beach and then you get to Oxley and Town Beach, the building is on your left.

OPTION 2 Take the M1 towards Port Macquarie, keep going and take the Hastings River Drive exit, just keep following the road straight and you will pass car dealerships, shops and eventually come at a round about, follow 'town beach / beaches' signs.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

• Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
• Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

• COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks

Common sense applies i.e. keep the property tidy upon departure, notify us of any damages, excess (cleaning) charges may apply when rules are not met.
