Welcome to Mikahs at Bonnys - comfortable beachside home 200 meters from Bartletts Beach, 2 minutes walk. Great holiday location for couples and small families. Traditional beach cottage vibe and modern comforts go hand in hand. Life here is laid back and enjoyably uncomplicated. The days evolve around the beach, outdoors and family time.
Enjoy ocean views, stroll to local beaches, cafes and restaurants, all within 5-10 minutes walk. The main house has living area, dining, modern kitchen and two bedrooms. Studio aka third bedroom adjacent to the main house is great of older kids to have their own space, accessible via an outside courtyard. Studio has smart TV, second bathroom and washing machine. All rooms have pedestal fans. The well-stocked kitchen with a Breville Barrista style bean coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. Free WIFI and smart TV. Linen provided. Sorry no pets.

THE AREA
Mikahs is one of the traditional beach houses that were built in the 1950’s on the Bonny Hills headland, the house has provided many great memories to holiday makers since. And you might be next to enjoy this magical place! The house has received several updates since its original build, including a kitchen renovation and studio extension.

The location is superb. Bartletts Beach aka Little Beach is one block way, 2 minutes walk, a protected beach for small children. Spoonys Bay is located through a lovely bush track about 5 minutes walk as well as Shelly Beach in the other direction, both have great rock pools at low tide, ideal for collecting shells with the kids. Patrolled Rainbow Beach, with its Surf Break is 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Grant Heads reserve loop bush walking trails is a local delight too.

The local coffee shop is at the end of the street and also sells fresh bread and local fruit and veggies. Top shop general store, takeaway, bottle shop, petrol station is 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Larger supermarkets in Laurieton and Lake Cathie are 5-10 minutes drive. Port Macquarie CBD and Airport 25 minutes drive door to door.

OTHER
We cater to families and couples. Property not suitable for young adult groups, schoolies, uni-groups, large adult groups, hens or bucks crowds to keep our neighbours happy. We have other properties that might be suitable, just chat to us about your needs.
Quite time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

YOUR HOLIDAY RENTAL HOUSE IN BONNY HILLS, NSW 2445 (MID-NORTH COAST) - 17 Bartlett Street

From Sydney take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big supermarket on your left), at Laurieton take a left towards North Haven/Bonny Hills/Port Macquarie.
In Bonny Hills when you reach the 50km zone, take a right into Bartlett St, and the house is on your right hand side before Hill Street

From Brisbane take the M1 South til Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit, about 30km South of Port Macquarie. Follow the signs. Once in Bonny Hills keep following Ocean Drive, once you pass the caravan park on the top of the hill, take the 3rd left into Bartlett Street and the house is on your right hand side before Hill Street

Bonny Hills, situated south of Port Macquarie, offers a laid-back coastal experience with beautiful beaches and natural attractions. Here are some points of interest in Bonny Hills:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

• Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
• Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

• COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
