This home is designed to impress with its expansive living spaces, complemented by gorgeous modern furnishings and easy indoor and outdoor flow. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and Nespresso coffee machine. One of the highlights of this house is the covered outdoor entertaining area, after a day at the beach and in the ocean, relax around the pool at home. Complete with an outdoor breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Just a short 200-meter stroll to the patrolled lighthouse beach, local Watonga café and shops just a short drive away. An easy 8-minute drive into Port Macquarie CBD.

THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Upstairs you find a light and airy open-plan lounge room with ocean views, study, kids’ bedroom and second and third bedrooms with pool views. The middle section comprises of the generous master bedroom, ensuite and walk-in robe that adds to the luxe experience this house has to offer. Also included is the third bedroom and access to the garage.
Downstairs features the open plan living and modern kitchen that opens up to the outdoor entertaining resort-style pool area with Webber bbq and bar fridge, complemented with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fit out with everything you need including dishwasher, gas stove, Nespresso machine, stocked pantry, on a share & replace basis; you take some and leave some.

THE AREA
Laze at Lighthouse is 200 metres from lighthouse beach, a perfect beach for ideal long walks, taking a camel safari ride, beach fishing and 4WD access at the southern end. The beach is patrolled during the School Holidays. This is a great spot for surfers with ideal surfing beaches along the Port Macquarie coast. It is a luxury to just stroll across the road and enjoy this pristine beach. You're only a 5 min drive from Port Macquarie Golf Course with great quality golfing amenities. Port Macquarie is all about outdoor living, beach, hiking, bush tracks, wild flowers, mountain biking, biking, winery tours, many uncrowded beaches and bays waiting for you to discover them.

No school groups, young adult groups, bucks or hens parties, large loud adult groups, events. Minimum age requirement 27 years of age.
Quite time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

IMPORTANT
You cannot check-in/check-out on Xmas day 25 December, please adapt your dates, as this is our only day off during the year. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
