Located on a block with 3 units at 10 Chepana Street: downstairs, upstairs and studio at the back of the property. One block from the beach, lake, Woolworths shopping complex, tavern, cafes and local restaurants, all within 5 minutes walk or 1 minute drive. Port Macquarie Lake Road Industrial area 15 minutes drive, Port Macquarie CBD 20 minutes drive.
The inner court yard is shared, as upstairs resident and studio resident walk through the courtyard to reach their front door. Please note outdoor dining area inside the court yard is exclusively for the downstairs unit.

DRIVEWAY PARKING FOR ONE CAR
Upstairs apartment has access to one car space at the left hand side of the driveway and left hand side of the lock up garage. Downstairs apartment has the right hand side of garage and driveway. Free street parking. The garage can be accessed via the inside courtyard through roller door.
