Throw a line, go riding, surfing, you name it, we got it. 850m from South Beach, 3.2km from the family friendly waters of Pilot Beach, 1.7km from Dunbogan boat ramp, river and local park. Laurieton town centre with shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema and club are 3.4km away and a 40 minute drive into the hub of Port Macquarie. All modern comforts provided: ducted aircon, fans, smart TVs, free WIFI, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine.

Single level modern home, one step at the front door and another at the back door otherwise completely accessible friendly. Master bedroom, ensuite and walk in robe at the front away from everything. Two living areas. Open plan living and kitchen, the other three bedrooms down the hallway with shared bathroom featuring a shower, bathtub and vanity.
Kitchen is very modern with electric cooktops, large fridge, large pantry and all appliances you need for a comfortable and easy stay.

Large outdoor covered entertainment area in the back with sun blinds, and fully fenced yard.

THE AREA – BEACH, CAFES AND SHOPS
Dunbogan and the Port Macquarie area are all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November.
Pilot Beach and Wash House Beach is a short drive. They are safe swimming beaches. The hike to Point Perpendicular is a round trip of 4kms from Camden Head Road. You can see blow holes and many wild flowers in season, and when lucky and spot migrating whales between May-Nov.
Laurieton is a short drive and is home to many great food spots. Try Grounded Espresso for a fresh coffee or Delizioso for an authentic Italian meal.
Laurieton and Camden Haven are small, easy going, coastal towns they have no traffic lights.
Port Macquarie CBD is 40 minutes drive, Port Macquarie airport 45-50 minutes drive
So much to do in the area, we provide activity cards in your holiday rental house with suggestions for things to do and how to get there... or simply stay at home and relax.

IMPORTANT
You cannot check-in/check-out on Xmas day 25 December, please adapt your dates, as this is our only day off during the year. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How to reach the property

FROM SYDNEY/SOUTH and/or BRISBANE/NORTH take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big Woolworth supermarket on your left), at Laurieton keep driving through Laurieton towards Dunbogan. Cross over the bridge to Dunbogan and then take a left onto The Boulevard and drive along the waterfront (on your left), the Boulevard goes over into Camden Head Road. Keep driving for about one kilometer until you see Scarborough Way on your right hand side, then Prince of Wales Drive on the left.
PARKING: Please park on the driveway.
KEY LOCATION: The key is in a lockbox. You will receive the code via SMS on the day of arrival around 8.15am.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 300.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks

Common sense applies i.e. keep the property tidy upon departure, notify us of any damages, excess (cleaning) charges may apply when rules are not met.
