Located a short drive (2.6km) from Pilot Beach, a safe swimming beach, and Wash House Beach, this home is ideally situated for coastal adventures. Enjoy leisurely strolls along the picturesque Camden Haven River or embark on a hike up to Kattang Nature Reserve Perpendicular Point. THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Enter at the heart of Birramal, where the open-plan design seamlessly blends the dining, lounge and kitchen areas. Cozy up by the fireplace during the cooler months and enjoy the serene forest views through the floor to ceiling windows. Whip up a culinary masterpiece in the beautifully renovated kitchen and choose to dine either indoors or on the expansie deck outside. The master bedroom, complete with walk in robe and ensuite is thoughtfully situated at one end of the home for ultimate privacy. Please note there are no blinds in the master bedroom. The luxurious ensuite features wall and ceiling windows, allowing you to feel immersed in nature as you bathe. At the opposite end of the home, you will find bedrooms 2 and 3, each equipped with built in robes, as well as the main bathroom and laundry.

How to reach the property

FROM SYDNEY / SOUTH
Take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big supermarket on your left), go through Laurieton on Bold street and follow the signs to Dunbogan. Over the bridge turn left onto the Boulevard. Continue onto Camden head road and take a right onto Seaview Ave. At the end of the road will be the gated Estate of Timbarra. The code for the gate will be sent by SMS on the date of arrival. You will receive the code via SMS on the day of arrival.
FROM BRISBANE / NORTH
Take the M1 South til Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit, about 30km South of Port Macquarie. Follow the signs to Bonny Hills and keep driving on Houston Mitchell drive, turn right at the roundabout onto Ocean Drive and follow until you go over the bridge at Laurieton. Take a left onto Bold street and follow the signs to Dunbogan. Over the bridge turn left onto the Boulevarde. Continue onto Camden head road and take a right onto Seaview Ave. At the end of the road will be the gated Estate of Timbarra. The code for the gate will be sent by SMS on the date of arrival.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 750.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks

Common sense applies i.e. keep the property tidy upon departure, notify us of any damages, excess (cleaning) charges may apply when rules are not met.
