Linen and towels are provided, all beds are made up with fresh linen for your convenience. Simply rock up and relax! Please bring your own beach towels.
THE SPACE / LAYOUT
This has been our family holiday home for more than 30 years and we are happy to share it with you when we do not use it ourselves. Upstairs features open plan living, dining and kitchen area with water views. Kitchen has a ceramic hotplate and Nespresso coffee machine. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet .
Downstairs is accessible via the outdoor front stairs and has an overflow bedroom with a double bed and single bunks, perfect for the teenage retreat. The back yard is fully fenced, has an outdoor entertaining area partly covered, two sun loungers, BBQ, and green level yard.

PARKING
Parking is available on the driveway. Free street parking. The lock up garage is in use by the owners for storage and is not accessible to guests. Plenty of room for a boat in the driveaway, boat ramp is 5 minutes drive.

THE AREA
Local cafés and shops are just a short drive away. Many rock oysters are farmed in the area, get the freshest seafood from the local fish Coop.
Kattang Nature Reserve is at the end of the street with beautiful headland hiking trails, blow holes, view wild flowers in season and watch the whales migrate from May-Nov from Point Perpendicular. Collect shells from rock pools at Washhouse Beach and enjoy incredible sunset coloured skies.
Pilot beach is a great swimming beach, also for laps as it is shelted. North Haven beach is patrolled in summer.
Surf beaches are 10 minutes drive, try North Haven, Rainbow Beach in Bonny Hills and Middle Rock surf break in Lake Cathie

Quite time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.
