Spacious, modern renovated apartment one street parallel to Port Macquaries iconic Flynns beach. You cannot beat this location. Stroll to shops, cafe's and restaurants just 100-200 meters away. Port Macquarie CBD 15-20 minutes walk or 5 minute drive. Koala hospital at end of the street, 7 minutes walk.

Resort style feeling with outdoor common pool. Hear the ocean sounds while relaxing on the balcony. The unit is located on the top floor in the Portsea building Walk up 2 flights via indoor stairs about 32 steps in total. Free WIFI and Smart TV with Netflix.

We look forward to having you stay for you next Port Macquarie holiday. We will share local tips with you for best spots to visit. Portsea Apartment 5 is part of the Beachscape holiday rental family, "escape to the sun", come and relax and enjoy.

From Sydney/South: take the M1 towards Taree and Brisbane, see option 1 or 2 below.
From Brisbane/North: see option 2 below.

OPTION 1 Scenic Route. Take the Kew exit and follow coastal route 10 towards Laurieton and Port Macquarie. At Laurieton go left and follow North Haven, Bonny Hills, Lake Cathie, Port Macquarie. In Port Macquarie follow the 'coastal route / town & beaches" route via Pacific Drive. You pass Shelly Beach, Nobby's Beach, keep going and you are at Flynns beach, you see the Post Office, BottleO, Chemist and Takeaway / Coffee shop on your left hand side, keep going straight on Ocean drive, turn left left onto Flynn Street, take your 2nd right onto Surf Street.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 300.00 AUD($) .

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

• Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
• Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

• COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
