THE SPACE / LAYOUT
This three bedroom coastal home opens into the lounge room, dining and kitchen to create a central heart to the space. Home is accessible via 5 steps leading to the front door. The lounge room has ample space to relax with a four seater lounge and adjacent two seater chaise. Includes a smart TV with all streaming services that you are able to login and watch your favourite contents. Aircon and ceiling fan to help heat and cool this space. Dining area with table and chairs. Fully stocked modern kitchen with a full sized fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and airfryer. Window pass opens onto outdoor alfresco deck. Large outdoor dining table and chairs with a webber barbeque to cook on. All bedrooms located down the hallway off the living area. Bedroom one with Queen Bed, aircon and ceiling fan on left end of hallway. Bedroom two and three with Queen Beds and Ceiling Fans. Bedroom four/study with Convertible Futon and smart TV, suitable for children. Main bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and vanity. Walk in shower located in laundry. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval from the property manager. As a courtesy to the property owner advise us of type of pet(s) and age(s), please chat to us about your needs. We also use this information for our statistics and to plan for cleaning. Well behaved, mature, non-shedding small to medium dogs and outdoor dogs preferred. Maximum of 2 or 3 small dogs. Dogs are not allowed on beds and lounges. The backyard dogs can roam and run around freely and safely.

THE AREA - NORTH HAVEN
North Haven beach is patrolled with a great cafe at the surf club. The beach is known by surfers for its clean waves, perfect rights of the break-wall and lefts all down the beach. The Northern side of the beach is the unleashed dog friendly beach, walk as far as you like all the way to Bonny Hills and take the bush trail back.

How to reach the property

FROM SYDNEY / SOUTH take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big supermarket on your left), at Laurieton take a left towards North Haven/Bonny Hills/Port Macquarie. Go over North Haven bridge - continue along Ocean Drive until you come to a roundabout. Go straight through this roundabout and turn left onto Leighton Close, your property is along this street on the right.. Park and get the key from the lock box. You will receive the code via SMS on the day of arrival. FROM BRISBANE / NORTH: Take the M1 South til Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit, about 30km South of Port Macquarie. Follow the signs to Bonny Hills and keep driving on Ocean Drive till North Haven, take a left at the roundabout, continuing along The Parade and turn left onto Leighton Close, the house is on the right. Park and get the key from the lock box. You will receive the code via SMS on the day of arrival.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 300.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
