Single level home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are on either side of the lounge room, i.e. Southern Wing and Northern Wing each have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
You will find a fully functioning house with proper furniture. Free WIFI, Smart TVs, full kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, hooded BBQ, fresh linen, well stocked pantry for a care free stay. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Covered alfresco lounge area, built in BBQ. Swimming pool and fire pit area.
Take the adventure one step further and use your private gate in the back fence to access a small nature reserve. Stroll through the trees to access the beach view lookout, you can admire the stunning views from here or walk down to the main beach access, only a 2 minute walk from the front door.

Responsible pet owners with their furry friend are most welcome. Please inform us about your type of pet, as a courtesy to the property owner and so we can plan ahead. No small puppies under 5 months old, and no cats please. Pets are not allowed on lounges and beds, please clean up after your pet. Thank you for your understanding. This way we can keep offering great pet friendly accommodation where pets stay for free.

OTHER
We cater to couples and small families. Property not suitable for guests under 18 years of age, schoolies, student and young adult groups, schoolies, uni-groups, loud adult groups, hens or bucks crowds to keep our neighbours happy as property is located in a quiet street. Young adults are considered 17-27 years of age. We have other properties that might be suitable, just chat to us about your needs.

How to reach the property

YOUR HOLIDAY RENTAL HOME IN LAKE CATHIE, NSW 2445 (MID-NORTH COAST) - 60 Chepana St
From Sydney/South: take the M1 towards Taree and Brisbane. Take the Kew exit, follow coastal route 10 towards Laurieton and Port Macquarie. At Laurieton go left and follow North Haven, Bonny Hills, Lake Cathie, Port Macquarie.

From Brisbane/North: take the M1 towards Taree and Brisbane and take the Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit. Follow the Lake Cathie signs.

In Lake Cathie take a right at Middle Rock Road (after the first round about), then left onto Chepana Street, the house is on your right hand side after about 700 meters.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 900.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks
