Stroll 50 metres straight across the road and your toes hit the sand and water of Bartlett's Beach. Watch the kids roam in the park and see the world go by while paragliders take flight in front of you, all observed from the outdoor entertaining area. Bartlett's Beach is a beautiful sheltered bay, great for collecting shells, playing on the rocks, swimming and boogie boarding. Patrolled Rainbow beach, surf break, shops and and restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive.

The lower level also features a kitchenette and a bath/shower; perfect for a larger family, a family with little ones or perhaps 2 families holidaying together. Downstairs living and play area includes books, games, a DVD library, modern TV with surround sound system.

PARKING
One uncover carport spot and another on-site parking spot available, fits two cars. Plenty of space for boats and trailers. The property is located on a corner block with plenty of street parking space. The beach park with parking is across the road and can be observed from the deck.

NO PETS ALLOWED
Sorry this house does not allow pets as it faces the road on every side and many dog walkers walk past, so we like to avoid barking. Also there is no fenced garden, the deck and front yard open up to the road and park. Beachscape has plenty of other pet friend accommodation choices, just filter on 'pets friendly'.

THE AREA – WALK TO BEACH, CAFES AND SHOPS
Bonny Hills and the Port Macquarie area all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November.
Bartlett's Beach (50m) is a beautiful sheltered bay, great for collecting shells, playing on the rocks, swimming and boogie boarding. Patrolled Rainbow beach, surf break, shops and and restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Jungarra Crescent (240m) has a pharmacy and cafe and Bonny View Store (700m) is a convenience store with takeaway store.
Lake Cathie heart with cafe's, restaurants, tavern, and shopping centre is 8 kilometres down the road. Lake Cathie is a small, easy going, coastal town and has no traffic lights.
Port Macquarie CBD is 30 minutes drive (25.5km), Port Macquarie airport 30 minutes drive (32km)
So much to do in the area, we provide activity cards in your Bonny Hills holiday rental house with suggestions for things to do and how to get there... or simply stay at home and relax.

YOUR HOLIDAY RENTAL HOUSE IN BONNY HILLS, NSW 2445 (MID-NORTH COAST) - 20 Bartlett Street

From Sydney take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big supermarket on your left), at Laurieton take a left towards North Haven/Bonny Hills/Port Macquarie.
In Bonny Hills when you reach the 50km zone, take a right into Third Avenue, then first left into Hill Street, drive til the end and the house is on your left hand side at the corner of Jordan Ave (drive til you hit the beach park).

From Brisbane take the M1 South til Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit, about 30km South of Port Macquarie. Follow the signs. Once in Bonny Hills keep following Ocean Drive, once you pass the caravan park on the top of the hill, take the 2nd left into Jordan Ave. Keep following the road along the headland, drive til Hill Street, the house is on the corner.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

• Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
• Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

• COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks

Common sense applies i.e. keep the property tidy upon departure, notify us of any damages, excess (cleaning) charges may apply when rules are not met.
